Los Angeles – HMBL House (www.hmblhouse.com), an LA based production company focused on impact driven content, is pleased to announce it has been acquired by SOLIS Inc. (www.solis.io), a media and tech collective.  SOLIS, Inc. is led by Brendan De Kauwe, as CEO of SOLIS Labs, and Brett Claywell will remain as CEO of HMBL House.

Founded in 2019, HMBL House quickly established itself as an industry leader in developing interactive content with a global audience in real time. They are most recognized for their innovative work with Hollywood talent throughout the pandemic, highlighted by their collaborative work during The Livestream Theater Series, which was recognized as the “most impressive use of Hollywood I’ve ever seen” by Jake Tapper of CNN during their inauguration coverage of 2020. HMBL House also recently produced the FOX Soul Christmas Special powered by Da Poetry Lounge, featuring performances by some of the most powerful poets in the country.
