ANIL UZUN Will Attend ETS Panel to Talk about How to Eat Healthy on Holiday

Turkish chef ANIL UZUN will attend an online panel by ETS to talk about healthy eating during holiday on June 7, 07.00 pm.

ANIL UZUN has been working in restaurants for many years and he wants to promote eco-friendly and healthy eating. He has been counseling professional chefs and restaurants on healthy and eco-friendly food. On the brink of the holiday season the chef and professional restaurant manager will share his knowledge on healthy eating with vacationers in a panel by ETS.

“One of the best things about travelling is undoubtedly the food,” says ANIL UZUN. “People want to treat themselves on holiday, but they should not do much so. They should keep an eye for the 80:20 rule, where you eat healthily 80 percent of the time. You can have a balanced meal and treat yourself with a dessert.”

“Alcohol may pose another problem, avoid binge-drinking if you are in a hot climate. And exercise if you think you drink more than usual. Taking long walks, swimming, and doing whatever you enjoy. If you are travelling abroad, you would want to try every new dish you see. I feel you, but be careful. ‘Most of the delicious food is not healthy’ is a myth, keep veggies and fruits in your diet and compensate for the carbs and fat you’ll consume,” he continues.

Healthy eating panel with ANIL UZUN will be broadcasted live on Youtube channels of ETS and ANIL UZUN on June 7, 07.00pm.
