Shiloh Animal Express is experiencing a huge demand for quotes and bookings. They are replying as quickly as possible but requests will be handled in date order. 

When they receive a new customer request for pet relocation service, they will consider all possible travel options, not just using direct flights. However, there are currently very few cargo flights operating and many airlines do not accept pets as manifest cargo (even if the airlines have offered the service previously they may have restrictions in place under the current circumstances).  As such, all quotations will be subject to estimated travel dates and cannot be confirmed until nearer the time.

Shiloh Animal Express has a large number of pets booked for relocation and are waiting to travel. They will contact pet owners on space and travel slots are available. Pet owners who have pre-booked their pet travel will take priority. Shiloh Animal Express is unable to accept last minute requests during the COVID-19 period.

Pet owners who are planning to travel with pets as accompanied baggage, Shiloh Animal Express is unable to provide any advice regarding the services offered by the airline. Pet owners have to contact the airlines directly if they have any questions.
